Heavy roadheader

Like all the machines in dosco, MK5 heavy roadheader is customized according to the actual needs of customers. Many parts in its compact structure adopt the design of bolt direct connection and assembly. This can greatly reduce the complexity of parts replacement, on-site disassembly and transportation of the whole machine.

 

The MK5 single speed heavy-duty cutting arm designed for cutting hard rock is an ideal machine for working under various difficult conditions in the roadway. MK5 is equipped with a dedusting device, which is composed of two integrated wet dedusting units, distributed at both ends of the machine.

Robust construction

Many parts of the compact structure of the roadheader adopt the design of bolt direct connection and assembly. This can greatly reduce the complexity of parts replacement, on-site disassembly and transportation of the whole machine.

 

Efficient aggregate system

The aggregate of the spade is loaded to the front of the chute by the rotation of two starwheels. The chute transports the waste to the belt conveyor or other mining transportation system at the tail of the machine.

 

Double speed traction

Equipped with fail safe braking device; the track can operate independently for accurate positioning of the machine.

 

Single speed heavy duty cutting arm

Single speed cutting arm can be used to cut high hardness rock.

 

Lifting jack

The jack installed behind the machine can support the machine and facilitate the maintenance of the machine.

 

Dust removal device

The dedusting device includes two integrated wet dedusting units, which are respectively located on both sides of the machine.

 

Driving mat

The canopy can be installed according to personal needs.

 

Automatic lubrication system

The lubrication system ensures regular lubrication of important components.

 

Section display

The computer is equipped with section cutting display function. The operator can clearly know the position of cutting head at the moment through the display of computer screen.

 

Diesel engine traveling system

When the machine is in the special situation of no power supply or replacement of working face, the diesel engine can provide power for the machine, so that the machine can walk independently under the mining.

 

High pressure water

High pressure water system can improve the effect of dust suppression, reduce the risk of explosion and prolong the life of cutting head.

 

Diagnostic control system

The diagnosis and control system of the machine can be used for fault diagnosis of hydraulic, electrical, water circulation and diesel engine driving system.
